Once upon a time there was a puppy that liked doing puppy things like running around in circles jumping as high as they could and of course not knowing what day it was.
In Fact, this puppy loved not knowing what day it was so much that the puppy would introduce itself by saying “hello I am a puppy that dose not know what day it is!”
One day the Puppy was fascinated at how fast grass grows and a cat strolled by.
The puppy ran up to the cat and said,
“hello I am a puppy that does not know what day it is!”
And the cat replied, “hello puppy that does not know what day it is, I am the cat that knows today is Sunday!”
“Well hello cat that knows today is Sunday… wait a minute does that mean today is Sunday!?” exclaimed the puppy
“Yes, in fact today is Sunday, I know that because I am a cat that knows today is Sunday!” remarked the cat while licking its paw
Oh said the puppy with a sad puppy face.
“What’s wrong” asked the cat confused
“Well, if I know today is Sunday then I can not be a puppy that dose not know what day it is”
That cat thought for a while, then looked urgently at something else in the distance, then went back to thinking before asking “do you know what day comes after Sunday?”
“no, but I do not understand how that helps” remarked the defeated puppy.
“I guess we will just have to wait for tomorrow and see” the cat said with a cool smile and walked away.
So, the puppy that previously did not know what day it is but now knows it is Sunday went to sleep confused by what the cat had said When the puppy that previously did not know what day it is but now knows it is Sunday woke up, they realized that it is no longer Sunday and jumped-up barking “yippee Today is not Sunday so I do not know what day it is! I can be a puppy that dose not know what day it is again!” They ran in circles, picked up a chew toy and enjoyed the rest of the day not knowing what day it was!
